- 2 to 3 years experience;

- Relevant degree in a related field preferred;

- Expert knowledge in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS);

- Experience with cloud based BI technologies such as Azure Analysis Services (AAS) and Power BI Service;

- Good knowledge of SQL Server engine;

- Basic programming skills in C# and C++;

- A working knowledge of the .NET Framework;

- Know-how for application debugging;

- Good understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, and basics of Networking;

- Good Communication Skills - spoken and written English (including technical writing). Additional languages are a plus;

- Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude;

- Effective learning skills and the ability to learn on the go;

- Strong problem-solving skills, includes troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution, good judgment/decision-making ability;

- Genuine passion for technology and desire and aptitude to increase technical skill level required;

- Recent work experience in a customer-facing support role would be a plus;

- Excellent written and oral communication skills;

- Cultural sensitivity;

- Experience in building relationships with customers;

- Ability to build the trust of a community;

- Self-motivation and an ability to use initiative;

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to ambiguous and changing situations.
