- Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical or foreign languages fields

- Basic understanding of the internals of the Windows or Linux or macOS Operating System fundamentals

- Basic understanding of cloud technologies

- Have full Professional Proficiency in English. Proficiency in other international languages both verbal & written is considered a strong advantage

- The ideal candidate will be required to have a Technical Degree or adequate practical on the following Technologies

- 6-18 months experience in Technical Support, preferably with Microsoft technologies

- 6-18 months in customer-facing support experience, working with customers across Europe of the Globe

- Experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments with 1000+ users is considered a strong asset

- English Fluent
