Innovation Senior Consultant (M/F)

NBCC Consulting is recruiting for Prestigious Client in the area of ICT and consulting environment.


- Integration in a client company specialized in the ICT development area.


- You have experience in an Innovation culture/team is preferred but not mandatory;

- You are fluent in English (oral and written);

- You are a creative, curious, pragmatic and collaborative team player;

- Strong appetite for innovation and technology trends, as well as keen business and operational sense

- Good understanding of trending technologies like AI/ML, NLP, RPA, etc.

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- You understand the value of openly discuss through things and enjoy analyzing issues objectively;

- Mastery of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);

- You have 5+ years of professional experience;

- You have either an academic/professional background in business management or business-related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, and similar) or an academic/professional background in technology or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related fields.

- In a highly holistic senior role, you will be involved in different areas doing different things, such as:

- Lead the incubation of new business ideas, while engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

- Manage interdisciplinary and complex innovation projects, coordinating end-to-end all process steps and tasks, and work with the Incubation lead to ensure the outcomes and success criteria are met;

- Build business cases and propose potential business models for new ideas while assessing the opportunities, risks, strengths, and weaknesses;

- Support the Incubation lead in the evolution of the Incubation unit strategy and in a wide range of planning activities;

- Engage with vendors, startups, and clients on technology and innovation activities;

- Promote and contribute to the identification of solutions and ideas, through brainstorming and ideation activities and the screening of various innovation sources;

- Test and evaluate the potential of new ideas, matching them with use cases and needs either external (our clients) and internal (business teams);

- Help capitalize on existing assets and ideas, while building and launching new businesses to the market;

- Foster an innovation culture within Deloitte by sharing best practices and supporting the core business whenever needed;

- Support the go-to-market of all new businesses being developed in- by Deloitte’s Business Factory

- Design and implement initiatives to continuously promote an innovation culture within Deloitte, including raising awareness of the Innovation’s teamwork and results while increasingly bringing people to collaborate with the Innovation team;

- Contribute to practice-building efforts through events and workshops that promote knowledge sharing while building a strong sense of community;

- Design and implement strategies to support people and the organization in the adoption of an Innovation mindset, including the use of new methodologies, new tools, and new ways of working.
