    DESAFIO

    - Estabelecer os pressupostos de compra, de bens e serviços da empresa garantindo as melhores condições de compra. Recolher e seleccionar informação, negociar e comprar materiais, produtos e serviços de consumo directo ou indirecto, nas condições mais favoráveis de preço, qualidade e serviço. Gerir optimizando a base de fornecedores das suas áreas de influência.


    REQUISITOS

    - Participar na identificação, selecção, avaliação e auditorias a fornecedores;

    - Elaborar, analisar, negociar, implementar e rever os contractos de fornecimento de bens e de prestação de serviços;

    - Assegurar a actualização da base de dados;

    - Assegurar o abastecimento de materiais e na elaboração de ordens de compra e respectivo seguimento;

    - Analisar e validar preços em farturas;

    - Executar bencharmarking nacional e internacional;

    - Participar em projectos multidisciplinares locais e regionais;

    - Dar suporte aos processos com conexão directa ao processo de compras;

    - Participar na elaboração estratégica do plano de compras;

    - Dar suporte em reclamações a fornecedores;


    SKILLS

    - Licenciatura em Engenharia, Economia ou Gestão;

    - Fluente em inglês (oral e escrito);

    - Mais de 5 anos em funções similares;

    - Ferramentas MS Office e SAP.

    CHALLENGE

    - Responsibility for the design and administration of Microsoft Windows and operating system related applications with focus on the hybrid Active Directory environment.

    - Analysis and optimization of highly available Windows Server System landscapes and create professional infrastructure concepts with reference to the system architecture.

    - Transfer of system environments as well as technical changes to systems in regular operation.

    - Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Cloud services.

    - Support of the global IT security and global IT infrastructure teams.


    SKILLS

    - Completed university studies related to IT and several years of professional experience.

    - Very good knowledge in the areas of Active Directory, Microsoft Server as well as Cloud Services.

    - Experience with ESAE models and AD tiering concepts.

    - English language skills, both written and spoken.

    - Independent and self-reliant way of working.

    - Team and communication skills as well as willingness to travel complete your profile.

    NBCC CONSULTING is recruiting for a prestigious client in the Automotive sector, the position of SAP Application Expert - (FI / CO).


    CHALLENGE

    - Support the Shared Service Accounting area.

    -Analysis of existing processes together with the business and development of new concepts, which are then implemented in SAP FI and CO

    -Supporting local Finance Shared Service Center and local/global Key User in SAP FI-AP, FI-AR and FI-AA

    -Coordination of implementation throughout the entire change lifecycle

    -Recording and detailing customer requirements incl. alternative presentation and best practices

    -User support, training, and creation of project documentation

    -Participation in international projects

    -Management of external service providers

    -Change management and incident management according to ITIL standards

    Qualifications

    -Work Experience (provide details and minimum 3 of years required) in SAP FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO

    -EDI / Idoc basic knowledge

    -Knowledge of related SAP modules (SAP SD or SAP MM) as well as good accounting knowledge are advantageous


    SKILLS

    -Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

    -Confident in the use of common Microsoft Office products, ITIL and project management

    -Ability to perform in teams

    -Ability to perform multi-tasks while still meeting customer requirements

    -Ability to deal with conflict

    -Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes information in order to determine root cause of problem

    -Degree in Accounting, Administration, Management, IT
